What you'll do

As a Senior Writer, you'll help craft the voice of TTEC, a global customer engagement company working in a disruptive industry. The convergence of technology and customer expectations means that traditional businesses are looking for experts and thought leadership about the future of customer interactions. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented editorial writer with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Someone who isn't afraid of deadlines or multiple projects, who can craft a story in a variety of formats for a business audience.

You'll report to the Executive Director of Editorial to help accelerate TTEC's thought leadership and engage prospective and current clients with differentiated content and messaging.

During a typical day, you'll

• Work with senior executives to write blogs, articles, infographics, and other thought leadership content about customer experience trends and topics

• Write case studies, e-books, and other content marketing products

• Report and write for the Customer Strategist Journal quarterly magazine

• Assist with production and editing activities

• Assist in marketing research and thought leadership development for strategic marketing initiatives

What you bring to the role

• 5+ years as business/B2B reporter, writer, or content producer

• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Journalism

• Familiarity with B2B content marketing activities

• Familiarity with the customer experience industry (CX, CRM)

• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight

• Intellectual curiosity and comfort working with a collaborative team in a fast paced, agile environment

• Team player with a positive attitude who is fluent in English and is an organized multitasker with good time-management skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
