The Senior Workplace Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing workplace experiences in the Dallas hub.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual who can be instrumental in shaping the future environment at this site, fostering a vibrant company culture, prioritizing the safety and security of our employees and guests, maintaining our commitment to sustainability, overseeing office infrastructure, and ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.

Target Pay Rate

  • 26/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead onsite point of contact for client employee inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and feedback regarding workplace services, with a focus on enhancing the well-being of client employees and guests

  • Supervise day to day operations/duties of the Work Place Experience Ambassadors on team.

  • Maintain client's workplace of the future environment, while cultivating a culture that aligns with client's company values and brand.

  • Point of contact for Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing center scheduling and event coordination.

  • Collaborate with the SMEs to maintain a consistently welcoming and functional Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center, ensuring it is always prepared to host customer visits.

  • Uphold the safety and security procedures.

  • Prioritize for employees and guests experience and services.

  • Coordinate site resources, activities, events, and communications.

  • Maintain and coordinate the site calendar of events.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and create initiatives to streamline processes for client employees.

  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with the client's objectives.

  • Liaise with local leaders, vendors, and facility management to ensure seamless office operations.

  • In collaboration with facility management, confirm compliance with global and regional sustainability objectives.

  • Collaborate with facility management and IT to monitor and maintain facility operation systems such as AV, HVAC, Security cameras, badge system, reservation system and digital signage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, facility management, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing office operations and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees, clients, and vendors.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures.

  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive company culture and aligning workplace environments with company values.

  • Proficiency in coordinating and scheduling events, including experience with customer briefing centers or innovation hubs.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address day-to-day operational issues and streamline processes.

  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Experience in collaborating with facility management, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless office operations.
