This opening will support the Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review organization performing a variety of analytical tasks including forecasting clinical review volume, identifying opportunities for automated decision making in the clinical review process, and developing tools and models used in workforce management.
Humana's Clinical Pharmacy Review function manages all authorizations and edits to pharmacy claims submitted by Humana's members. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining demand forecasts that support workforce decisions and budgeting. This role will also be responsible for performing analytics involving automation of decisions in the Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review processes.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently on complex processes. The ability to communicate the results of their work to a broader non-data oriented audience will be critical for this candidate.
3-5 years' experience in an analytics role preferably in Workforce Management Analytics or Consumer Experience Analytics
Experience in creating forecasts and models using statistical techniques
Experience creating data visualizations (Preferably in Power BI)
Coding Experience (Examples: SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
Experience with Excel
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-data oriented audience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with call-center or other customer service workforce management forecasting and automation
Health insurance or pharmacy knowledge
Scheduled Weekly Hours
