Job Description Job Description Sr. Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster · Must Have Michigan & Minnesota State Claims Experience · Must Have Active Adjusters License Professional Growth Opportunities Work From Home Comprehensive Benefits · Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Effective On Start Date · 401k · Paid Time Off Program · Company Paid Holidays · And Much More Job Description: · Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned. · Responsibilities include investigating loss, determining coverage, coordinating medical care, managing litigation, assessing damages, negotiating settlements, identifying fraud, and utilizing authorized vendors. · Ensure compliance with state statutes, client guidelines, and best practices. · Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor other adjusters, and support management as needed. · Timely address claim metrics. · All file handling must be within state statutes, Client Claims Handling Guidelines and NARS Best Practices. · Other miscellaneous duties as assigned, which may include travel.

Qualification Requirements: · High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree or higher preferred. · Must have experience with litigation. · 5 years of prior claim adjusting experience or have successfully completed the NARS Claims Trainee program. · Must possess an active Adjuster’s license or other required jurisdictional licensing. In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary for the position of Workers’ Compensation Adjuster is $57,000 -$80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual performance raise if all guidelines are met.

Your salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equality and consider internal equality of our current team members as a final part of any offer. Please keep in mind that range mentioned above is full base salary range for the role.

Hiring at maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
