Role overview

Our team is called People & Culture (P&C) instead of Human Resources because we are more than just your typical HR department - we're a lean and mean team of tenacious, trusted advisors who deliver world class programs for the employees that are building Accolade into a great and enduring business.

We're looking for a talented Sr. HRIS Integrations & Reporting Analyst who can roll up their sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will work directly with our HRIS team to manage the build and maintenance of integrations and reports for our HR systems, identify and resolve issues, and support cross functional projects. This is an ideal role for a highly technical professional who takes initiative and wants to be part of a collaborative and ever evolving team supporting a fast-growing company.

A day in the life…

• Work with both internal and external contacts to design, build/update and test integration and reporting solutions for P&C related systems and data, primarily Workday.

• Plan, gather and document stakeholder requirements including use cases and current/future state process flows with system touchpoints; leverage technical expertise to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders based on requirements and system risks or limitations.

• Manage Workday service issues and error reports for inbound and outbound files, troubleshooting and working with/communicating to the stakeholders as needed.

• Integration regression testing for new releases and enhancements.

• Build reports of varying complexity, as well as formatted BIRT statements in Workday.

• Participate in the analysis, design, and build of custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

• Frequently provide status updates to HRIS Director and Sr. Manager of People Analytics on in-progress work items and projects.

• Configure advanced calculated fields and advise the team on field usage to ensure consistency and alignment.

• Support compliance reporting, audits, and troubleshooting data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and meet regulatory requirements.

• Oversee and monitor scheduled processes to streamline operations, enhance data accessibility, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining relevance and data security.

• Establish and maintain integration and report catalog, ensuring both are properly categorized with clear descriptions, key stakeholders and consistent naming conventions.

• Offer guidance on report-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing training as needed to enhance user self-sufficiency and proficiency in reporting tools and to support self-service reporting and improve data literacy across the organization.

• Provide support and guidance on security-related issues to the broader team

What we are looking for…

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT/IS, MIS or equivalent combination of education/experience.

• 3-5 years experience using Workday integration and reporting tools: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Packaged Integrations (CCB, CCW), Document Transformation, and Workday Report Writer and BIRT.

• Experience working with external vendors defining and clarifying integration requirements and ensuring the integrity of HRIS data and security.

• Broad understanding of the Workday platform (business objects, organizations, tenant setup, etc.).

• Familiarity with Workday Security roles, models and domain security impacts.

• Ability to write standard and advanced reports that include creating calculated fields.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience working across multiple facets of HR (such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).

• You're tech savvy: You have strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.

• You're a multi-tasking machine: You've demonstrated the ability to balance and manage multiple shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
