The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for O&M for multiple Wind Farms across the US. On the average day you willrun monitoring and preventative maintenance programs, oversee engineering & performance reviews and reports, provide contract management of third party technical management entities, and oversee operations and maintenance, including coordination with BOP maintenance contractor.You will also be responsible for contract management of third party entity for technical management of Balance of Plant (BOP) infrastructure, managing competitive solicitation process for parts and services, producing daily, monthly, annually and other reports as needed for a variety of audiences, and ensuring project permit and regulatory compliance.You will be the Single Point of contact for utility transmission owner and regional transmission operator as it relates to communications for project operations and use your existing understanding ofNERC / FERC reporting and compliance for owner and investor reporting.Requirements
  • 4 year Degree in B.A./B.S., or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years Wind Asset management experience.
  • Five years or more work experience in the wind industry
  • Experience with Electrical Sub Station protocol
  • Knowledge of multi-state and federal government regulatory requirements related to wind development and operation.
  • Experience in analyzing and monitoring programs
  • Knowledge of sources and utilization of publicly available weather data sets
  • Proficient knowledge of general wind farm planning, construction and operation requirements
  • Hands-on experience in SCADA software
  • GIS user experience
  • Excellent computer skills of MS Office (especially MS Excel, including the use of MS
  • Basics and macro programming tools and MS Access, SQL database and query scripting, SCADA hardware and Software)
  • Excellent knowledge of Wind Turbine manufacturers and turbine technology
  • Windographer (beneficial but not required)
  • ArcView (or similar GIS software application)
  • Google Earth Pro
  • Excellent English in writing and speaking; second language beneficial but not required (Spanish, French)
  • Ability to travel (air and land); drivers license required; position includes some travelling (

Train and support Asset Protection / Loss Prevention staff on apprehension. Support store's efforts in providing the best customer service within a controlled environment so as to ensure maximum sales at the highest profit rate attainable. Details on Macy's schedule options are available during the interview process. * Essential Functions: * * Train, develop and support Asset Protection / Loss Prevention staff on detecting and preventing theft of company property. * Help design, implement, and execute store shortage program. * Help drive colleague and executive shortage awareness. * Develop, implement, and communicate programs to prevent theft amongst customers and employees. * Participate in initial orientation and on-going training including the computer, surveillance, and alarm systems. * Respond to customer and colleague incidents to facilitate first aid and minimize company liability. * Recover stolen merchandise and apprehend shoplifters who commit fraud or other criminal acts against the company. * Investigate criminal violations against the person or property of any customer or colleague that is committed on company premises. * Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, audits, and other activities as assigned by the Store Leader/AP/LP Manager. * Be an expert of and maintain strict compliance with the law and company policies concerning apprehensions, searches and seizures, and the preservation of evidence. * Successfully complete all security training requirements and maintain personal certifications as required by law. * Conduct and oversee audits to ensure sales department compliance to merchandise exposure standards and asset protection. * Develop and maintain relationship with local law enforcement to facilitate maximum coordination for potential criminal cases. * Testify in court concerning any case, criminal or civil, wherein the company is a party of interest to which the Asset Protection / Loss Prevention Detective is summoned. * Works on special assignments, investigations, and surveillance as directed by Store Leadership/ AP/LP Manager. * Responds to alarm conditions at assigned store. * Perform other duties as needed. * Follows shortage programs and procedures. * Perform these functions in an efficient manner independently or as directed by the Supervisor/Store Manager. * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. * Qualifications:* Education/Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college is desirable. * Two to three years asset protection experience or training. * Minimum one year of leadership experience. * Completion of Store Agent Training program required upon assignment to position. * Additional Store Agent Training is required for this level. Communication Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Key interface and works directly with internal and external business partners including - Store Manager, Senior Executives and AP Leader. * Ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills: * Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Able to use a calculator. Reasoning Ability: * Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills. Physical Demands: * This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking. * Extended periods of sitting are also involved. * Some kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling may be involved. * Involves moving and/or lifting at least 30 lbs. * Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * Ability to use restraints in an apprehension. * Ability to sustain long periods of time enclosed in surveillance areas. * Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
