Senior Wealth Strategy Associate

Your role

We're looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• assist financial advisors in client conversations by both preparing meeting materials and presenting in client meetings
• lead the financial planning process by identifying which clients need an updated plan, working with our financial planning analyst to create the plan and eventually leading planning conversations with clients
• develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• lead our team's marketing efforts on approved platforms such as LinkedIn, FA Web and STAAT email

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3-7 years of experience working with clients within the wealth management industry
• bachelors or master's degree
• CFP designation preferred but not required
• unwavering integrity and intellectually curious
• excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
