Senior Warehouse Manager, Memphis

The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall operation, execution, and planning of the facility. Emphasis is placed on managing facility budget, succession planning, as well as holiday preparedness and flawless execution of holiday shipping. Maintaining safe facility operations, as well as adhering to Federal, State and company policies. The reporting of issues to Senior Manager of Direct Ship Operations. Manager will meet or exceed company set metrics (CSIs) in Wrong Delivery, Non-delivery, and Quality. Maintaining accurate inventory levels. As well as cross train members to perform other activities not assigned to them on a primary basis. Other duties include receipt, inspection, order processing, and fulfillment of direct to consumer product. Manager will lead a continuous process improvement plan.
