Key Duties:Lead a video creative project from start to finish and seeing it through the entire production cycle.Manage multiple projects to meet strict deadlines.Conceptualize motion graphics in storyboards and quick sketches


Follow creative direction and be relatively self-sufficient while handling the production.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a certified design academy, or equivalent

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in agency, television, film, new media, or in a corporate environment

Familiarity with post-production and digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video production best practices for multiple delivery platforms.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, compositing and animation tools.Familiarity with professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, various video formats, audio production, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, storyboarding and photography.Ability to work alongside other internal teams: designers, copywriters, account executives, marketing specialists and product managers.Team player with excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to adapt quickly as projects change, and handle shifting schedules.Solution-based mindset and attitude with every project.

You will be part of a team applying user-centered design principles across applications and devices. Here, you will bring your knowledge of building great UX and take it to a new level as you dive in and help us build the future of communication and collaboration devices. Responsibilities: * identify user interface requirements; help define project approach and user experience strategy * Participate in and plan user testing, surveys, etc., and iterate designs based on user and customer feedback * Optimize designs through task analysis, and thoughtful and systematic usability reviews * Set conceptual design and suggest product direction based on field research and functional requirements * Define the user interaction model and workflows for both apps and devices * Produce pixel-perfect visual assets and detailed UI specs and guidelines, and work with visual designers to produce designs consistent with Cisco's brand * Develop prototypes ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to high-fidelity interactives that represent both the visual identity and interaction model required to ensure user success * Design across platforms: mobile, desktop, web, etc. * Apply best practices in, for example, accessibility, privacy, and responsive design * Work closely with (local and remote) engineers to implement and deliver the final product * Facilitate project communication across a multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project Who You'll Work With In this position you will be working closely with interaction designers, visual designers, industrial designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers to define the user experience of Cisco's Collaboration Products. Our products include cloud, social, mobile/wireless, video, VoIP, big data, collaboration devices, headsets, web, Internet of Things, TelePresence, and a lot more.
