Summary:
The SVP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all Sales and Operations functions under the BFT brand. This role will lead the National and Regional Sales Strategy and manage the sales team executing that strategy. At its core, sales operations is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to coach how to sell BFT memberships more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. To do this, the SVP will fulfill both strategic and tactical functions. The role will be a main driver of operational efficiencies in running a BFT studio and managing all franchisee education presentations, documentation and resources as they pertain to helping franchise partners grow their studio-level AUVs.
In addition, the role involves providing clearer direction on operating a BFT business, from day-to-day operations, what to do, how to operate a BFT studio, hiring practices, team building techniques and other best-practice operational guidance for the franchise partners. The direct reports under the SVP Sales and Operations are the National and Regional Sales Teams, with further collaboration with VPs of Marketing and Education as it pertains to Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and allocate budgets for the sales and operations team
Drive sales and operations decisions using a data-driven strategy
Research and identify new business opportunities; Seek new business tools and methods
Establish performance and budgetary objectives and lead the team to achieve them
Be a subject matter expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management/measurement systems as it pertains to BFT studio revenue growth.
Research and implement new directives for business growth and prosperity.
Develop and implement guidelines for recruitment, retention and promotion.
Oversee employee productivity, training, and develop personal/career growth.
Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency.
Lead Franchisee education & training meetings
Support BFT at annual convention
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
10+ years of proven experience driving sales in a franchisor environment, fitness industry preferred.
8+ years of experience improving and implementing new educational programs for franchisee training
Strong knowledge & ability to utilize data analytics to implement new strategies based on business needs.
Proven ability to effectively develop & inspire diverse sales teams to support brand expansion
Experience creating and executing Sales & Operations processes
Xponential Fitness
