JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Vice President of Creative Audio/Visual Operations is expected to inspire great creative every day, by leading the team to develop the most compelling campaigns for all our primetime entertainment shows. The Senior Vice President must be truly collaborative, communicative and compassionate, with a deep commitment to fostering and maintaining an already very healthy work environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with leads from other creative departments to develop cross-campaign continuity (design, social, special ops, strategy).

  • Work with operations and finance to manage and stay on/under department budget.

  • Work with operations teams to maintain and forwardly develop infrastructure and platforms on which the work gets done.

  • Must be willing to invest a significant portion of time working with lead execs and their teams to review and continually elevate creative materials.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 8+ years creative marketing experience at a network, studio, agency, streaming service, design firm.

  • Must have highly developed audio-visual sensibilities, shrewd storytelling skills, and keen attention to detail.

  • A professional demeanor born of a deep appreciation of, and desire to, nurture talent.
