A well-established e-commerce company is looking to expand the design team. They provide cashback, coupons and other types of deals for customers when they purchase items either in-store or online. Headquartered in San Francisco, they are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team of 7 UX designers and 10 visual designers.
This person will be mainly working on the integration of dining to the mobile and web apps to add new features like finding restaurants in a designated area and linking credit cards. In the future, the project will involve mall integrations and linking credit cards to the in-store experience for customers as well as onboarding customer features. This role leans on the UX side of things (including research), but having clean mockups, hi fidelity, and visual skills are key.
The team is looking for someone with mobile and web design and having responsive web experience is a must. They want someone coming out of a consumer facing company with about 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the e-commerce space.
Required Skills & Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience building out complex, single page applications
Interest and prior experience leading other designers
Comfortable doing end to end work including research
A combination of doing both UX and visual work
In-depth mobile web responsive experience
Clear communication and ability to collaborate with others cross-functionally such as with stakeholders, engineers, product managers, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience

Material design experience is a huge plus
Design system experience and a passion for it
Background in e-commerce
Previously worked at a startup and larger enterprise level company
Diversity in industry experience
Completed degree in Psychology, Product Design, HCI, Graphic Design or another similar field

Sr. User-Experience (UX) Designer needed to lead the design efforts of GoDaddy's Customer Site Experience (websites generated by GoCentral website builder). Candidate must be an expert communicator, systems thinker, possess a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior, and be proficient in a wide variety of skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology.
