  • Own and scale participant recruitment across the team while ensuring all recruiting complies with Expedia Group policies

  • Design and facilitate community engagement activities with internal stakeholders

  • Create alignment across research activities by developing standardized approaches

  • Actively engage with legal, security, procurement, and facility teams to support operations and research

  • Partner with research vendors to support operations and research

  • Maintain team resources, including research templates, training materials, playbooks, and regular updates. Own a database of cross-channel product feedback

  • Work independently and autonomously, context-switching between work streams

  • Adapt in ambiguous and fast-changing environments while collaborating with executive stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content design, engineering, and marketing teams

  • Engage and connect with participants to provide a great study experience

  • Implement GDPR ForgetMe and Subject Access Requests as they pertain to the research team

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Information Science, Business Administration, or similar fields; or Equivalent related professional experience. An advanced degree is preferred

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, with proven success working with product teams and UX designers on software interfaces

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with Tableau and SQL

  • Experience with R (preferred)

  • Deep practical experience with UX research methods, especially screeners and surveys. Group moderation is a plus

  • Ability to develop creative, flexible, and rapid approaches to gathering partner insights

  • Multi-task across in-house projects and studies, and work with outside vendors as required

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to act independently, and switch quickly between different projects
