Work Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of Professional Liability underwriting experience, demonstrating subject matter expertise in Private/Non-For-Profit with and strong contacts within the industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide concise and cogent reports, referrals and summaries to senior management
Excellent analytical and computer skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data analytics and make appropriate conclusions based upon results.
Strong interpersonal and social skills.
In-depth knowledge of the US insurance and reinsurance markets.
Solid negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain excellent relations with brokers and provide superior service.
Team oriented and ability to work effectively with peers.
Strong prioritization skills to meet daily demand and deadlines to meet all service requirements.
BA/BS degree; advanced degree a plus.
Occasional travel, including overnight or extended trips, is required.
