Jude Global Operations Senior UI/UX Designer to guide, design, implement, and manage projects benefitting St.

Jude Global and the St.

Jude Global Alliance.

Under the supervision of the Director for St.

Jude Global Operations, the UI/UX Designer will focus on the successful implementation of the St.

Jude Global Alliance Online Community (social software) and CRM.

The St.

Jude Global Operations UI/UX Designer will be responsible for: Working collaboratively with the St.

Jude Global IS team to conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and innovative technology solutions that solve significant scientific or business problems, including documenting all user requirements and processes for system and application development Engaging regularly with St.

Jude Global regional, transversal, and operational teams to ensure that technology solutions are designed to meet programmatic needs and challenges Supervising personnel supporting technology solutions Defining systems requirements based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Facilitating user onboarding and training (internally and externally) for the St.

Jude Global Alliance Online Community, CRM, and associated applications. Creating and configuring the applications in several environments (development, test, pre-production, production), and maintaining an awareness and understanding of technological advances, new product offerings and issues. Tracking and reporting engagement and analytics for St.

Jude Global Alliance platform users and incorporated tools. Collaborating with other department, programs and cohorts internally and externally. Managing and assisting with meetings, workshops, and other events.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, art, business design, or a related field is required. Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of demonstrable work experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a comparable industry Experience and expertise in complex project management highly preferred Experience implementing social software preferred Experience in relational database management tools and query languages (e.g.

T-SQL and PL/SQL) Prior working CRM experience required Knowledgeable in client/server design principle Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to guide team members in user-centered design practices Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.

Flexibility in schedule to accommodate meetings across different time zones. Strong writing, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work as a team player and express ideas objectively and effectively.

Cultural sensitivity is a must. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St.

Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $86,320 - $154,960 per year for the role of Senior UI/UX Designer, St.
