Senior Trust And Estates Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join a prominent law firm with a strong national presence in their esteemed Trusts & Estates Taxation Department in their Los Angeles, San Francisco or Irvine office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in trust administration and sophisticated estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance in trust administration and estate planning.
• Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and effective estate planning strategies.
• Handle complex legal matters related to trusts, estates, and taxation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law.
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
• Large firm experience is preferred.
• LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.

Compensation:

• $250,000 to $300,000 - The actual base pay offered will depend upon factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, and legal industry experience.
