We are currently seeking a Senior Treasury Ops Analyst for Treasury Operations within our Accounting and Finance Team. As a Senior Treasury Ops Analyst you'll be responsible for performing bank transactions, reconciling accounts, problem solving with our business partners, and working with our bank representatives.


  • Reconcile bank accounts daily

  • Reconcile warehouse general ledger accounts daily

  • Execute outgoing wires and transactions for Quicken Loans and the Family of Companies in treasury management system

  • Monitor bank balances to ensure accounts are funded timely

  • Communicate daily with business partners, banks, and counterparties to verify wire instructions, obtain detail for transactions, and forecast anticipated activity

  • Pull bank statements and reports to manage bank account activity

  • Complete journal entries for bank transactions using treasury management and ERP systems

  • Prepare daily reporting for actual and forecasted warehouse lending activity

  • Prepare supporting warehouse reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed

  • Review aged outstanding checks

  • Build reports and manage rules within treasury management system


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field

  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • A strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with Treasury Management or ERP system preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
