Treasury Money Movement Analysts are responsible for all money movement activities needed to execute payments on behalf of our buyer and supplier customers. The analyst works
closely with our reconciliation team to ensure amounts and timing match expectations, and take corrective action when they do not. This position is responsible for the timely response to funding or payment inquiries, and communicating directly with customers, partners or vendors to achieve a positive outcome. The analyst fosters and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Duties:
Primary:
Recommend process enhancements to improve business practices.
Provide backup support for their team members; cross-trained in multiple areas.
Timely and accurate processing of all assigned daily activities.
Assist manager with ad-hoc projects.
Ensure files/data are stored accurately and securely for future reference.
Ensure proper separation of duties and controls are in place and followed.
Train new team members.
Subject matter expert on current processes/procedures.
Timely and courteous response to all buyers and suppliers for any money movement
services, processes or issues. Resolve any reconciliation issues stemming from
incident management.
Responsible for input on long-term strategic and operational direction.
Comprehend complex concepts and develop into processes/procedures.
Represent Treasury in cross-functional discussions.
Secondary:
Facilitate non-standard customer money movement activities.
Investigate, decision, and resolve aged, outstanding payments.
Monitoring and tracking of money movement transactions with system uploads to reflect
activity.

Experience:

Banking, trust, or payment services experience.
Customer service experience, initiating communication to internal/external customers.
Must be self-motivated.
Experience in Finance or Accounting to include working with: E-commerce transactions, ACH
debit and ACH credit bank and transactions, month end close, positive pay
exceptions, ACH Debit Blocks
Technical Skills:
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is desired.
Intermediate proficiency with other MS Office products. (Access, Word, PowerPoint,
SharePoint, Visio)
Competencies:
Commercial online banking management (initiating transactions, research, etc.).
Consistently meet deadlines.
Efficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Knowledge of and experience working with NACHA rules/regulations.
Research, analyze, organize and prioritize work with guidance.
Work well in a highly-collaborative team environment.
Collaboration across all internal teams that impact money movement.
Strong relationship building, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
