The Senior Treasury Analyst will work with the Assistant Treasurer to help manages Vertiv's debt portfolio, credit revolving facilities, and various exposure risk management / hedging programs. The Senior Treasury Analyst will also work seamlessly with the broader team support Treasury efforts globally.
This position will be located out of our Global HQ's office in Columbus, Ohio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Assistant Treasurer on foreign exchange and commodities hedging strategy and execution
Support execution of foreign exchange and commodities trades and capital markets transactions
Develop, enhance, and standardize Treasury processes, striving for best practices and/or controls where possible
Leverage prior experience to build out framework, design and execution of reporting strategies and processes
Research and present recommendations to executive management and regional leaders in a clear, data-driven way
Support Treasury due diligence for M&A activities, which include funding strategies and integration. Build on existing processes for integrating acquisitions or divestitures
Work closely with accounting, tax, legal and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, control, and regulatory and lender compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or directly related field
At least 3 years of experience
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with capital markets transactions and FX hedging, preferred
Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles
Solid analytical and quantitative skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
Demonstrated success and proven ability to multi-task, adhere to strict guidelines, work well with others, and complete tasks with discretion, accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced and demanding work environment
