Overview

The Position:

We have an exciting opportunity to work in an international, manufacturing environment as a Senior Treasury Analyst (part-time position). As a Senior Treasury Analyst, primary responsibilities will be cash forecasting and management with additional responsibilities including management of insurance and leasing programs. The position also includes exposure to accounting and tax functions. There will be significant interaction with our subsidiaries around the world to manage intercompany cash transfers and consolidated cash forecasting. You will be expected to leverage your knowledge, skills and experience to go beyond surface level analysis and questions to identify core issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements where needed. This position is intended to be part-time and the schedule is negotiable.

Responsibilities

As part of the Corporate Finance team, this position will be instrumental in all treasury functions. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Cash forecasting

  • Cash management, including management of transfers from foreign subsidiaries

  • Bank administration

  • Management of insurance program, including self-insurance reserves

  • Management of capital lease program

Qualifications

  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a business area, preferably Finance or Accounting.

  • Cash management and forecasting experience.

  • Ability to interface with key external vendors and partners (including banks and insurance brokers).

  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

  • This is a part-time positions; 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities1. Develop and execute methods and procedures to test and inspect product quality. Scope includes Electrical Manufacturing Process development and revision; driven from Engineering Change Orders and identified opportunities from production manufacturing; includes electrical assembly & test work instructions, hardware & software. 2. Develop and fabricate functional test equipment & fixtures, and draft procedures and automated test programs. Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in the design or manufacturing engineering of complex products required. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) * High level of demonstrated experience employing techniques such as Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) and Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA), Process Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (PFMEA) to assure reliability and quality of design parts and systems. Demonstrated ability to provide project leadership.
