Title: Senior Treasury Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for preparing the daily cash position for multiple bank accounts.
Bank account management including opening and closing accounts as needed, updating signatories, and working with legal/tax to provide needed documentation.
Maintenance of letters of credit, guaranty data, and comfort letters.
Responsible for month/quarter end cash reporting.
Provide back up to worldwide treasury staff in APAC, EMEA, and CLA as needed.
Coordinating back office functions for global FX operations, corporate domestic entities and compliance.
Assessing daily liquidity needs, executing payments, and funding
Partner with cross-functional treasury teams and assist with corporate needs. Provides support with other treasury initiatives.
Provides support with periodic internal and external audits including but not limited to SOX control audits and Treasury risk audits
Participate in special projects by performing various analyses and identify process improvement activities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and other database tools
4 to 6 years of treasury management experience for a global company
Prior experience with a Treasury Management System, banking software/portals, and bank products.
Knowledge of cash management processes and best practices.
Expert knowledge of Excel required.
Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
