Title: Senior Treasury Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Grade: 11

Position Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for preparing the daily cash position for multiple bank accounts.

  • Bank account management including opening and closing accounts as needed, updating signatories, and working with legal/tax to provide needed documentation.

  • Maintenance of letters of credit, guaranty data, and comfort letters.

  • Responsible for month/quarter end cash reporting.

  • Provide back up to worldwide treasury staff in APAC, EMEA, and CLA as needed.

  • Coordinating back office functions for global FX operations, corporate domestic entities and compliance.

  • Assessing daily liquidity needs, executing payments, and funding

  • Partner with cross-functional treasury teams and assist with corporate needs. Provides support with other treasury initiatives.

  • Provides support with periodic internal and external audits including but not limited to SOX control audits and Treasury risk audits

  • Participate in special projects by performing various analyses and identify process improvement activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience

  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and other database tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of treasury management experience for a global company

  • Prior experience with a Treasury Management System, banking software/portals, and bank products.

  • Knowledge of cash management processes and best practices.

  • Expert knowledge of Excel required.

  • Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
