The Senior Treasury Analyst will work with various groups within Treasury to support comprehensive risk modeling that quantifies interest rate risk, liquidity risk and capital forecasting. Responsible for creating and producing financial and analytical reports detailing balance sheet and net interest income results.
Master's or doctoral degree in statistics, economics, finance, financial mathematics, operations research or other quantitative discipline
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years risk management, financial analysis or statistical modeling experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of quantitative modeling requirements for risk management, financial reporting, and valuation models used in financial services industry.
Heightened sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of detail, advanced spreadsheet and database knowledge.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing VBA macros in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated understanding of databases and database management (especially SQL), ability to understand and manipulate large amounts of data.
Detailed understanding of bank balance sheet structure and banking products.
