How You'll Add Value…

Azenta Inc. is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst. This role is a key member of the global finance team and will drive key activities in the treasury function for our global business. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day banking administration, cash reporting and investment activities, while ensuring an efficient banking structure to support our US and international operations.

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury manager and will be expected to collaborate with the finance and accounting teams all over the world as we drive consistent processes across all sites in the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in banking and accounting, be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You'll Do…

  • Responsible for foreign weekly global cash reporting process while providing oversight to daily transactions

  • Maintain JP Morgan, Bank of America and Citi banking platforms and initiate user access roles across multiple legal entities and business sites

  • Assist in the management of the company's bank accounts (update signatories, open/close accounts) and maintain bank account tracker in accordance with company policies

  • Maintain and manage Kyriba treasury system to ensure effective operation and cash positioning

  • Prepare and analyze monthly execution of the company's foreign exchange hedging activities

  • Monitor cash balances and initiate intra-bank transfers

  • Prepare annual FBAR filings

  • Analyze and review bank charges and fees

  • Assist with bank requests for KYC compliance

  • Provide support to internal and external auditors for treasury function

What you will Bring…

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required

  • 5+ years of accounting, banking, or treasury experience

  • Experience with online banking platforms

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required

  • Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Possess the ability to be a team player and work cross-functionally

Working Conditions/ Schedule

  • Typical office environment

  • May be asked to travel occasionally (anticipated to be around 10%)
