Responsibilities Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Manage Roadway Design Projects including geometric design, right-of-way plans, storm drainage design, utilities, and erosion control design. OR Manage Civil Infrastructure and Utility Projects related to water, wastewater, and/or stormwater Lead team to successfully deliver projects.

Actively lead pursuits in concert with new business opportunities Account Management and Proposal Writing Prepare and review preliminary and final plans and technical specifications, contract documents and estimates, and make recommendations. Responsible to work with the design team for day-to-day decisions on resource allocation, and project budgets Manage the preparation of engineering reports, plans, and specifications for projects. Supervise and observe the design and ongoing progress of a project.

Coordinate with the City, State, and County officials, contractors, and clients. Proficient in MicroStation and CADD / Civil 3D techniques and principles. Requirements Essential Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university. Florida Professional Engineer. Minimum 15 years of planning or design experience.

FDOT project experience a plus. Entrepreneurial Mindset. Desire to grow a design and/or CEI team.

Leadership and staff development experience. Multi-tasker. Ability to collaborate in a remote / hybrid work environment.

Public Speaking and Networking. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
