What we're looking for:
As Senior Transformation & Operations Analyst, you will lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. You will plan, manage, and control the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. You will bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Additionally you will advise business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application and ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
The Senior Transformation and Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting cross functional work streams focused on transformation initiatives across the entire organization. This position supports the objectives of the Transformation Office with a focus on high impact strategic projects.
Provides critical insight and analysis in support of transformation operational initiatives including the development of roadmaps, dashboards and scorecards
Drive rhythm of review and operational excellence for accountability across initiatives
Conducts sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
Presents analyses and insights to department leadership, makes recommendations, supports implementation and value creation Knowledge and Skills
Proactively looks for ways to better understand business performance
Ability to take a process from start to finish, including analyzing and understanding the nature of the tasks required to complete the process
Analytical Rigor: ability to structure ambiguous problems, to develop and test hypotheses, and to design and test complex analyses with large data sets through strong analytical capabilities, including a proficiency in Excel, and a track record of framing, conceptualizing, analyzing, and solving complex business problems in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of strategic business concepts, along with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans;
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and will be privy to all of the information across the business units and functions in the Transformation Office
Develops presentations with complex business/implementation topics for executive audiences
Works with stakeholders to understand their data and metrics needs and responds to ad-hoc reporting requests as required
Manages own time and deadlines appropriately; accurately determines task duration and dependencies for own assignments
Experience with various ad-hoc reporting as requested by management to support the analysis of business trends
Proactively analyze and interpret insight to support changes and enhancements to our business strategy and planning
Ability to develop intelligent and informative written and visual reports and performance dashboard for regular communication to leadership
Experience working effectively with a diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Strong Critical Thinking and Business Acumen
Powerful Communication: ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management through expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently
Experience supporting large scale projects, transformation or change projects preferred
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience with SQL, PowerBI and Tableau
Advanced Excel with strong technical ability to automate Reports (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros).Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
Experience writing sophisticated data transformations
Forward-thinking, creativity in problem-solving and ability to multi-task effectively and manager conflicting priorities under aggressive time constraints
Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information
Excellent written verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and organizational skills with attention to detail
