What we're looking for:

As Senior Transformation & Operations Analyst, you will lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. You will plan, manage, and control the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. You will bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Additionally you will advise business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application and ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.

The Senior Transformation and Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting cross functional work streams focused on transformation initiatives across the entire organization. This position supports the objectives of the Transformation Office with a focus on high impact strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provides critical insight and analysis in support of transformation operational initiatives including the development of roadmaps, dashboards and scorecards

  • Drive rhythm of review and operational excellence for accountability across initiatives

  • Conducts sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations

  • Presents analyses and insights to department leadership, makes recommendations, supports implementation and value creation Knowledge and Skills

  • Proactively looks for ways to better understand business performance

  • Ability to take a process from start to finish, including analyzing and understanding the nature of the tasks required to complete the process

  • Analytical Rigor: ability to structure ambiguous problems, to develop and test hypotheses, and to design and test complex analyses with large data sets through strong analytical capabilities, including a proficiency in Excel, and a track record of framing, conceptualizing, analyzing, and solving complex business problems in fast-paced environments

  • Strong understanding of strategic business concepts, along with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans;

  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and will be privy to all of the information across the business units and functions in the Transformation Office

  • Develops presentations with complex business/implementation topics for executive audiences

  • Works with stakeholders to understand their data and metrics needs and responds to ad-hoc reporting requests as required

  • Manages own time and deadlines appropriately; accurately determines task duration and dependencies for own assignments

Qualifications

  • Experience with various ad-hoc reporting as requested by management to support the analysis of business trends

  • Proactively analyze and interpret insight to support changes and enhancements to our business strategy and planning

  • Ability to develop intelligent and informative written and visual reports and performance dashboard for regular communication to leadership

  • Experience working effectively with a diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities

  • Strong Critical Thinking and Business Acumen

  • Powerful Communication: ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management through expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently

  • Experience supporting large scale projects, transformation or change projects preferred

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience and 5+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI and Tableau

  • Advanced Excel with strong technical ability to automate Reports (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros).Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities

  • Experience writing sophisticated data transformations

  • Forward-thinking, creativity in problem-solving and ability to multi-task effectively and manager conflicting priorities under aggressive time constraints

  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information

  • Excellent written verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and organizational skills with attention to detail

What we're looking for: You are a curious, bold, and passionate Senior Automation Operations Analyst who has at least 3-5 years of prior relevant experience. Position Summary: You will primarily support the Automation team with leading the implementation of process automations across the organization. You manage/support the entire project life cycle of converting manual processes to its improved, automated state. Additionally, you will work closely with Automation management to drive strategy in expanding the Automation Center of Excellence. You will also work on ad-hoc projects related to the operations of the Controllership. Primary Responsibilities: * Lead automation projects in the capacity of an senior analyst * Lead process discovery for planned processes to be automated. This will involve capturing current state of process to analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements and automation. * Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency using automations tools such as RPA * Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes. * Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop process improvement metric for setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions. * Assist with prioritization and implementation of process change based on the defined organizational metrics. * Manage project plan and lead project management to implement process change and automation. * Manage creating test scenarios and training collateral in addition to leading user acceptance testing * Partnering with technical team to implement solutions * Inform respective teams on process improvement and automation strategies. * Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process/approach. * Prepare communication plans regarding process automation for stakeholders. * Manage projects across multiple teams simultaneously. * Train and guide resources as needed. * Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and automation. * Create and manage dashboards to review data related to process automations * Work on ad-hoc projects across organization * Systems utilized include SAP ECC, Hybris, RevPro, SAP BW, SAP BPC. Ariba , Blackline, SFDC, Apttus or other SaaS systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to interact effectively with executives, functional peer groups and subordinates to gain commitment and cooperation from others, especially those in other departments with competing priorities * Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings. Often takes a leading role in senior level presentations with management teams. * Experience working directly with functional and technical resources * Business process improvement implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support * Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel * Must have experience influencing business leaders and peers about the proper use of standard business process flows and system functionality * Solid understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring / validating data quality * Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
