Overview
The Senior Trainer, Corporate Functions is responsible for design and delivery of Workday and functional skills training for corporate and field HR and Finance teams as part of the AssuredPartners Liftoff Transformation. This role will oversee contract content development resources, author a training strategy, and design and lead training delivery. The Senior Trainer is an integral part of the Transformation Team and will be a core part of the Finance and HR project teams as well.

What You'll Do
Build training strategies and training delivery plans
Build learning assessment tools to monitor effectiveness of training programs
Partner with functional leadership to assess learning needs
Coordinate training staff, including Super User networks and SMEs delivering training content
Partner with implementation support staff to ensure a seamless integration and learning experience
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, with support from the Training Project Manager
Remain informed about updates to Workday and partner closely with the HRIS team to ensure training content is kept up to date
Prepare/Verify the quality of training materials and documentation.
Deliver onsite and/or remote training courses for introductory and intermediate-level users.
Provide timely and detailed responses to requests for support and assistance.
Demonstrate a strong, positive, customer service-oriented approach with interactions and in training activities.
Travel as needed for training events, estimated as 25% during key training deployment events.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university plus 2 years of training experience, or five years related experience in a corporate setting.
Certification in adult learning or training
2 years of experience training Workday or functions using Workday preferred.
Working knowledge of Finance functions strongly preferred.
