Gannett Fleming is hiring a Senior Tolling Business Analyst to manage and deliver tolling/mobility solutions projects for our clients!
The successful candidate will deliver advisory services in toll technology as well as providing operational and implementation oversight to tolling clients. Offer subject matter expertise through all phases of toll revenue collection system and operations life cycle from assessing current state to assisting in planning for the future. Provide assistance with operational concept development through final selection of technology and services, and subsequently during operations.
Performs complex data and business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, need for additional decision-support tools and information, and to arrive at actionable recommendations that can be implemented to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Participates in some project management activities to include some related oversight activities
Provides regular and meaningful updates to the client on operational performance and analyzes Service Level Agreements from the toll system vendor(s)
Reviews documents: system design, test plans, software release notes, system upgrades and updates, procurement documents such as requests for proposal for toll systems and operations
Supports toll system implementation including support for oversight of design, testing and installation
Working as a member of a project team, provides toll facility development, policy, technology and operations planning as well as implementation and operations oversight as an advisor to toll clients
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
15+ years of experience in tolling technology, back office, and/or toll operations solutions or industries that have high transaction environments such as transit
Experience with writing Oracle SQL queries against a large complex database, Power BI visualizations and reports, Excel, general data analytics
Software development experience in roadside, back office, or toll host is desirable
