As a Senior TIBCO Programmer Analyst, you will be joining a team responsible for operational activities in relations to the Bank's Systems Integration team. You'll be responsible for supporting the operational side of the team to include environment management, incident management, software upgrades/patching, capacity management, and vulnerability management.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience in software application development and maintenance with at least 2 years TIBCO BPM or BusinessWorks experience.
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years' experience in software application development and maintenance with at least 2 years TIBCO BPM or BusinessWorks experience.
Working knowledge of System Life Cycle Development Methodology, programming and systems analysis.
Capable of leading/supervising technical staff.
Full knowledge in all aspects of project management.
Experience analyzing, coding, testing, documenting, and installing projects of medium complexity.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to perform tasks from multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with industry standard PC products. (Microsoft Office applications.).
Ability to provide 24 hr/7day per week on-call support on a rotating basis
