Develop test processes, test plans, test fixtures and documentation for both board and system level test.
Involvement in all stages of the product life cycle. Work with the project teams to develop test strategies, perform product validation and facilitate transition from development to production release.
Track and analyze failure trends, identify issues, help engineering to drive root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions
Support launch of new processes\capacity into factory. This can include active role in fabricating additional test capacity
Knowledgeable and proficient in requirements analysis, test case creation, test case execution, test case failure analysis and test lab equipment/tool utilization. Knowledgeable and proficient in tools used to support such activities
Ability to direct and technically mentor Test technicians
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract
Specific Knowledge / Skills:
Experience working in a low volume / high mix or NPI manufacturing environment
Ability to read and comprehend complex technical specifications
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
RF knowledge and testing experience
Basic programming skills (LabVIEW experience a plus)
Experience with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Network analyzer, Signal generator, and RF components.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in wireless technologies, including cellular, Wi-Fi, and GPS
