Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission Lead Systems Engineer, in the Washington, DC area, with strong Customer relationships. The IMS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Test Engineer to join our team in the Chantilly area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The selected candidate will develop test standards, evaluate test specifications, test results, test trends and implement corrective action as needed .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing change documentation, including test plans, and reproducing test results in a controlled lab environment

  • Providing guidance, examples, and input for test plans at the beginning of a system integration/development process

  • Managing a test management schedule together with an overall release management schedule

  • Experience reviewing requirement documents and design plans and identifying applicable test scenarios

Position requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.

  • Individual should be ITIL v3 certified with an emphasis on Service Design and Service Transition

  • Must meet requirements for an IAT Level 2 or higher position according to DoD 8570. Security+ CE is an example

  • Must have a strong background in core Microsoft windows technologies, Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of applications and virtualization for the purposes of developing test cases

Security requirements:

US Citizenship and active TS clearance

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education
