Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing a broad scope of technical project planning, management and oversight for key enterprise initiatives and implementation projects to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. This person will manage all phases of service delivery for project including analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment.
Evaluates complex requirements among multiple stakeholders and interprets requirements needed to complete deliverable.
Understand, interpret and communicate enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap to business stakeholders.
Maintain thorough understanding of CRM product features and functionality and data quality
Create initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work
Create and manage project control documentation, including requirements documentation, work plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and knowledge transfer plans
Manage product team, including business analysts, development lead, developers, and testers
Manage project budgets
Manage project risks and issues
Manage change control process
Manage user acceptance testing and release plans
Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Participate in business-led change management processes
Maintain thorough knowledge of customer segments and customer needs
Oversee application design, architecture, infrastructure, and operating platform
Assist in documenting business needs and identifying appropriate technology solutions
Define and document functional and technical requirements and assist in defining business requirements
Interfaces with customers across multiple business units. Works with various IT functional areas, including development, infrastructure, training and adoption, and transition teams as necessary for projects. Works with business leads for technology planning and management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
IT Project management or software development management
Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications and data management
Demonstrated technical understanding of data integration projects
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Budget and resource management
Relationship management and communications
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to set priorities, work autonomously, and direct others
Customer service focus
Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT programs/projects
Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
Experience in real estate Industry a plus
Educational Level /Certifications
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
PMI or equivalent certification preferred
Six Sigma certification or exposure preferred
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision that inspires and motivates others and aligns to the business strategy.
Effective influencing and negotiation skills to build consensus or commitment in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role.
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
Deep understanding of current and emerging Proptech technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive business opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders internal and external to JLL.
