Primary Role

  • Experienced professional to help us drive the maximum value of SaaS applications.

  • Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders to identify and document all SaaS applications and subscriptions.

  • Create and manage the inventory of all SaaS applications.

  • Bring consistency to how we license, configure, administer, and integrate these SaaS solutions into a broader set of strategic technologies.

  • Track SaaS expenses, manage licenses, and oversee renewals. Optimize costs by identifying unused or redundant subscriptions.

  • Contribute to the development of SaaS applications that serve the specific process areas, domains or lines of business aligned to their expertise.

  • Ensure that SaaS applications comply with the organization's best practices for security and privacy. Ensure compliance with security.

  • Monitor access controls, permissions, and user roles to maintain security. Adheres to Enterprise technology standards and the governance framework, policies.

  • Work closely with SaaS vendors to report issues, request support, and collaborate on resolving service-related problems.

  • Collaborate with SaaS vendors to monitor SaaS application performance, response times, and resource utilization.

  • Work closely with data governance team to define archiving policies for historical data for SaaS applications. Determine retention periods and manage data lifecycle.

  • Establish incident response procedures for detecting, assessing, and containing data breaches for SaaS applications.

  • Provide Best Practice knowledge to aid in the design processes.

  • Effectively define a consistent process for periodic product releases.

  • Effectively define the support mechanism with product vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in various domains like Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer, Asset and Work Management etc. preferably in Utilities industry.

  • 5+ years' experience in leading one or more SaaS applications.

  • Good knowledge of system integrations and the impact of data exchanges between applications.

  • Ability to create and maintain testing scripts in HP ALM.

  • Ability to identify and communicate risks and issues affecting business rules, functional requirements, and specifications.

  • Ability to serve as a liaison between technical, quality assurance and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams and to make project presentations.

  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to plan ahead for scheduled tasks.

  • Versatile, dynamic, demonstrates initiative, results oriented, flexible, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

  • Experience in working with offshore team.

  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while simultaneously maintaining the "big picture" view.

  • Demonstrated ability to work and team with a multitude of different people from various lines of business as well as within IT.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and to deliver results through others while overcoming obstacles to success.

  • Excellent decision-making ability, balancing what is right with what is realistic.
