As a Senior Talent Partner at Code42, you will work strategically with leaders to drive recruitment initiatives for roles in Software Engineering, QA, and a variety of other corporate roles, as well as lead and manage projects that are instrumental in the continuous growth of the company.


  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with respective hiring leaders to create a partnership that yields successful, predictable results and credibility

  • Developing thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies leveraging best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporates diversity to candidate slates and executing accordingly in order meet the needs of the business; ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment

  • Utilizing candidate research and sourcing techniques, including leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house ATS, to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent

  • Managing and coordinating all communication with candidates, including interview preparation, process overview, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, offer letter review and general on-boarding

  • Effectively managing the interview process, including but not limited to the interview and assessment of candidates using behavioral-based/targeted selection interview questions; organizing, leading and documenting post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates; performing detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviewing results with hiring managers

  • Collaborating with HR colleagues and hiring managers to develop and execute an effective, efficient on-boarding process for each new hire

  • Producing weekly reporting analysis on recruiting status for all open, closed and canceled positions and overall updates on recruitment efforts for assigned requisitions

  • Ensuring compliance in the selection process and applying knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines

  • Assisting with the development and support of talent acquisition programs such as college relations, diversity outreach and internal selection programs

  • Collaborating with Manager, Talent Acquisition and other HR leaders on systems support, process documentation and adherence

  • Utilizing defined metrics, frequently review and suggest opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements to process, programs, recruitment sources, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

  • 7 - 10 years of Sr. level strategic recruitment experience demonstrated by possessing expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence

  • Understanding of OFCCP/EEO guidelines and their application to the recruitment process

  • Proven experience with creative sourcing (social media, online job boards, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner

  • Extensive experience using applicant tracking systems

  • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a global, national, and multi-location level

  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and interface at all levels of the organization

  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple competing priorities is a must

This position will support a large geographic area of the United States as well as Corporate based Field Services positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to fill high volume non-exempt and exempt positions.
