What You Will Be Doing
Manage customer support cases on a daily basis, including verifying cases, isolating and diagnosing the problem, and resolving the issue
Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the near future and for the longer term
You will work closely with the rest of our Client Services Team, Engineering, Solutions Delivery, Sales and Product Management team
What You Need for this Position
2+ years of experience supporting proprietary and enterprise applications in a complex software environment
Experience working in a Windows/Linux environment
Previous SQL experience
Possess good communication and customer-relationship skills - responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy
