Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role as a Senior Recruiter, you will participate in a full range of activities around the selection of digital transformation & innovation candidates primarily in specialized and technical level positions. Your role will focus on recruiting top talent for our DT&I department and work to build strong pipelines in the specialized fields. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will lead recruitment activities for identifying and attracting top talent to support AI Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning initiatives.
  • Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. Create a communication plan that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.
  • In this role you will need to have business and financial acumen to understand and tailor activities to meet the business' overall objectives.
  • Post jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay on top of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
  • Conducts strategic recruitment activities including attending coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events when applicable.
  • Maintain updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.
  • With leadership's approval you will strategically utilize staffing agencies and external search firms. Serves as liaison between hiring managers and search firms.
  • Advise and facilitate the selection decision-making meetings with hiring managers.
  • Develop and recommend job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.
  • You will deliver and negotiate job offers or rejections to candidates.

What you will have for this role:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 or more years of recruiting experience
  • Specialized experience recruiting AI Engineering, Data Science and/or Machine Learning is required to be considered
