As a Technical Recruiter, you will report to the Head of Talent and:
Creatively source high-caliber candidates using a variety of channels and tools for our technical teams.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle ensuring a strong candidate and interviewing team experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and ensure hiring strategies and interview criteria support the goal of making great hires.
Collaborate with the rest of the Recruiting Team to continually improve processes and experience.
Ideal background includes:
3+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success
Knowledge of the Earnest technology (they are a JavaScript/Scala shop) and a confidence to speak "tech talk"
Desire and experience working in a dynamic and diverse environment with a sincere passion and actionable ideas to help further diversity
Metrics focused, you know how many candidates it takes to make a hire for your roles
High level of credibility. Managers and candidates trust you
Demonstrated success with creative sourcing to find top talent to join our team
Professional experience in an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus) and a strong commitment to updating your progress with accuracy and detail

ManpowerGroup is seeking a On-Site Senior Contract Recruiter located in the San Bruno, CA area. The On-Site Senior Contract Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, hiring at all levels of the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategy to identify, network, and qualify candidates, conduct candidate interviews and assessments, and manage candidates through the interview and hire process all the way through offer. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and People and Culture teams (HR), as well as with candidates to pipeline and network talent effectively for current and future needs, with a strong focus on branding and candidate experience. * Perform full life-cycle recruiting activities on assigned requisitions, including developing search/sourcing strategies, reviewing applicants, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates, initiating assessments, coordinating the interview process with hiring teams, and supporting the selection process to meet goals across all levels, within all business lines. This includes a consultative strategy to help hiring teams assess talent and make decisions on talent that will impact quality of hire, retention and succession planning goals. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, including collaborating to understand their needs and develop a plan for successfully sourcing qualified candidates for each position. * Manage the offer process and salary negotiations. * Manage candidate engagement, providing a positive and strong candidate experience, while maintaining responsive and continuous communications. * Create innovative sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for assigned requisitions through sourcing passive candidates, networking, complex internet and social media searches, internal databases, groups, associations, employee referrals, and talent communities. * Establish and continuously pipeline qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. * Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectations. * Set up strategy calls and work with hiring managers to clearly understand the expectations and requirements needed to effectively hire quality candidates and relay that information to candidates. * Maintain high touch communications with hiring leaders to ensure strong client satisfaction and continuous feedback on sourcing and candidate activity through offer; maintain these relationships through touch points following hire. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Experience: * Minimum of seven (7) years of experience recruiting experience in a corporate environment, agency staffing or Executive Search required. * Extraordinary interpersonal and professional presence with ability to negotiate, collaborate, influence and manage relationships. * Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple clients, and providing consultative skills throughout the recruitment life cycle. * Superb sourcing skills with the ability to use numerous creative techniques and channels to source and identify quality candidates, including social media. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. * Strong computer skills, including ATS Systems. * Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. * High integrity and commitment to success.
