As a Technical Recruiter, you will report to the Head of Talent and:
Creatively source high-caliber candidates using a variety of channels and tools for our technical teams.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle ensuring a strong candidate and interviewing team experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and ensure hiring strategies and interview criteria support the goal of making great hires.
Collaborate with the rest of the Recruiting Team to continually improve processes and experience.
Ideal background includes:
3+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success
Desire and experience working in a dynamic and diverse environment with a sincere passion and actionable ideas to help further diversity
Metrics focused, you know how many candidates it takes to make a hire for your roles
High level of credibility. Managers and candidates trust you
Demonstrated success with creative sourcing to find top talent to join our team
Professional experience in an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus) and a strong commitment to updating your progress with accuracy and detail
