Who You Are

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. As a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in building our team of skilled professionals to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, with a primary focus on identifying top talent in the cybersecurity field.

This role requires passion, drive, and an incredible ability to find the very best talent in the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will understand the unique position recruiting has in our organization's success and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to attract and acquire a highly talented and diverse workforce. What You Will Be Doing?

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract highly qualified candidates in the cybersecurity domain.

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cybersecurity talent to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements, define job specifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to cybersecurity talent acquisition.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment practices, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

What You Will Bring?

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, with a focus on cybersecurity roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with prior experience recruiting for roles such as security analysts, ethical hackers, penetration testers, and security engineers.

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with passive candidates in the cybersecurity field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven recruitment decisions.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Agency recruitment experience or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role.

Mental and Physical Requirements
