The Senior Technical Publications Specialist manages incoming work for Technical Publications team, provide backup support to manager when required; support ChemTreat's sales and customer-retention efforts through accurate document preparation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and schedule incoming Technical Publications work requests
Produce bid responses, proposals, manuals, and other Technical Publications as requested to support ChemTreat's sales and customer-retention efforts
Proof and edit Technical Publications for other specialists
Handle miscellaneous requests as received in department or assigned
Maintain Technical Publications-managed SharePoint libraries
Augment personal and professional skills
Share interdepartmental communications
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent typing, grammatical, proofing, editing skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school education; business school or college courses preferred
3 years relevant experience; strong project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe 7.0
Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
