As Technical Program Manager, People Operations and Systems you are accelerating the Systems that scale Roblox. Combining internal tools and third-party applications for People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Budgeting, Roadmapping, and Business Analytics, we envision an integrated platform that streamlines processes while providing employees and leaders with information needed to grow the business. You will report to Senior Product Manager, People Operations and Systems.

You will:

Develop an in-depth understanding of how Roblox develops products, the priorities of the teams you support and develop insightful recommendations
Lead the Roblox Operating System (ROS) as a program from strategy through execution
Gain agreement across teams and influence decision-making within senior-level audiences
Implement recommendations
Directly manage large projects and coordinate across the team to deliver meaningful results and optimize organizational performance
Create operational processes to improve efficiency
Manage individual programs, including dogfooding and product releases
Lead the team together with Engineering and Product Management
Help take projects from creation all the way through launch and iterations

You Are:

Diverse in your experience - technical understanding, program management, project management and interested in working across departments
5+ years experience technical program management. Experienced running programs that span across teams and departments
Understand basic technical stacks
Experience running sprints

Experience leading teams through influence
Experience with internal tools
Bachelor's degree, a technical field like computer science or software engineering a plus
Demonstrated ability in ecosystem creation
Experience launching new products
Excited about making Roblox

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$249,140-$317,500 USD
