Senior Technical Program Manager

One of our main clients is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Agile/Scrum practices and a passion for working closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-impact products. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, ideally with experience in healthcare technology. As a critical member of our team, you will drive cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with talented engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure the success of our product initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements while fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Senior Technical Program Manager, Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical programs and projects with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful business solutions.

• Act as a Scrum Master/Agile coach, guiding engineering teams through Agile/Lean methodologies to drive successful outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.

• Ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects by managing risks, timelines, and resources.

• Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and metrics-based operations within the team.

• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a collaborative, customer-centric mindset across teams.

Experience:

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience as an Agile/Scrum Master with strong technical acumen.
• Experience working with frontend and backend software development teams; healthcare technology experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of AI, LLM, full-stack software, cloud services, and embedded hardware products & development processes.
• Strong track record of delivering high-performance business solutions with technical teams.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate a win-win approach to problem-solving.
• Mastery of Agile & Lean methodologies with proven ability to coach teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Bias for data-driven decision-making and metric-based project management.
• Strong risk management and organizational skills.
• Experience working in start-up environments or healthcare technology.
