The Role:

This Sr. Technical Program Manager will be a key member of The Business Operations Organization within the Micro-contamination Control Division of Entegris, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and manage both new product development and operations expansion/improvement programs to support the organization's strategic direction. The Sr. Technical Program Manager will be managing groups of related new product development projects together as a program for on-time and on-budget product launches by scoping, planning, as well as driving activities within the global cross functional team. The candidate will also mentor technical leads as project leaders within the various programs.

In this role you will:

• Provide program structure for managing multiple projects, determine communication plans, and successfully execute strategy by planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and managing resources and budgets. Lead stakeholder updates and drive progress across all levels of the organization.

• Provide leadership and alignment on technical topics, risk mitigation & contingency planning. Hold the team accountable for completing activities & decision making, communicating expectations, and delegating activities for successful completion of projects.

• Launch new products via the Stage-Gate Process.

• Serve as a role model and mentor in Program and Project Management for best practices within Entegris.

• Continuously improve business-related processes/tools as well innovate processes for efficient project and program management.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar technical field or related experience.

• 5+ years of project management and/or program management experience

• experience within a global organization serving the semi-conductor or other high-tech industry.

• Proven track record of displaying situationally dependent leadership skills, and the ability to look at the bigger picture and guide the project team for successful completion of critical milestones.

• Ability to adapt to changes to keep the project timeline on track by efficiently managing resources and team.

• Ability to lead global cross functional teams in the execution of complex tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization.

• Being proactive, highly adaptable, and with the ability to drive plans to completion.

• Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering-related work to efficiently manage programs.

• Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations for successful program execution.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Master's degree in a technical field and/or related chemical processes related work experience and/or PMP certification
