Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior Technical (ST) Program Manager located in Reston, VA for the DASD P&R Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract.
The duties of the Senior Technical Program Manager are to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the IT/IA contract team. Responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day oversight of all IT and IA contract support personnel, Tech Order performance, and IT/IA program support services
Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual Reports
Review and Submit Trip Reports
Deep experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
Familiarity with Social Media engagement and site usage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of DoD technical PM experience
Possess one of the following certifications: Global IA Certification (GIAC), Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or another DoD 8570.01-M Level 3 authorized IAT/IAM certification
8+ years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under this TO
8+ years of experience in Change M and quality assurance concepts and guidelines, such as AGILE, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
8+ years of experience in leading projects involving compliance with the DoD CC SRG and the DoD RMF (e.g., DoDI 8510.01)
Favorably adjudicated NACI investigation
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management
Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field.
Secret Clearance preferred
