The Senior Technical Product Owner role is a seasoned business analyst who is able to take high-level ideas/direction from the business to drive the detailed design, definition and implementation of software used by our call center operations. This role will create innovations in the software to provide an extraordinary experience and rich capabilities driving maximum use of our services.
Additional Details About the Role:
7 - 10 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or product manager for a B2B or B2C web application
Maintains technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - able to translate technical terms/ideas into functional and 'lay man' terms and vice versa
Deep comfort and experience with web-based technologies.
Demonstrated expertise with working with and developing strong relationships with customers/end-users.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple activities and meeting deadlines.
Innovative track record - able to come up with the next great thing to advance the company strategy and product vision
Strong critical thinking and complex decision-making skills - can logically think through big problems and provide recommendations for solving
Experience in the HealthCare industry.
Experience working on an Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or other similar technologies
