About the Role: As a full-time Senior Technical Product Manager, you will help reshape the way sponsorship marketing is measured, valued, and reported to our customers.

You will focus on providing a stellar product and user experience to deliver on the promises we make to our customers.

You will communicate a product vision, align product priorities to core business objectives, and formulate and execute a product plan. You will have, or can quickly establish familiarity, with the sports sponsorship landscape in order to work collaboratively with the business side of the company.

You will work closely with the other Product Managers and the VP of Product to establish a shared understanding of the business problems and landscape. You will partner with the Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams to define technical specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteriadata is at the heart of what we do, and as a technical product manager your role will be critical in keeping our data in good shape to effectively power our core reporting product. You are self-motivated, a strong communicator, and possess a strong data-driven mindset with an ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

You will have flexibility and organizational skills to adapt to remote coworkers. Preference will be given to candidates who live close enough to Austin to work one or two days a month for collaborative in-person meetings. What You Will Do:

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for product features and lead them from brainstorming through launch, working on roadmaps (and managing workflow and backlog through subsequent sprints) with the product team, ensuring completion of the features/product on schedule. Define epics, user stories, and detailed requirements to engineering teams and to execute on a roadmap and vision for the system that combines and transforms data from disparate sources into a robust platform. Become a subject matter expert on the product, user experience, and industry trends in sponsorship and media measurement.

Understand and represent user needs by monitoring the competitive market and analyzing user feedback and data; prioritize data and analytics tracking to optimize development, team goal execution, and business ROI. Contribute to continuous improvement of product ownership and agile team processes; work collaboratively with other Product and Project Managers on the team to achieve this goal Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketingalign with stakeholders and communicate effectively amongst and across teams. Clearly communicate product vision and benefits to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Role: 5 years previous experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner A technical background with proficiency in understanding how development teams work Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical teammates and stakeholders Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and risks, and solve problems with creativity and grit Demonstrated history of successful leadership and team management skills Ability to write detailed and technical product requirement documents and user stories Experience using KPIs to track adoption, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition Agile / Scrum or PMP certification(s) BA/BS, ideally in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience It’s A Plus If You Have: Built consumer or enterprise software features focused on data management and SaaS Experience in the sports and entertainment sponsorship industry What You’ll Get: Competitive compensation and 401K plan Competitive health insurance plans (medical, dental, & vision) as well as company-paid life insurance plus short & long term disability Parental leave of up to 12 weeks off, including adoptive and foster parents (with 100% pay) Flexible vacation policy for paid time off and 11 company-paid holidays The ability to work with a team of talented, fun, and hard-working colleagues We are an equal opportunity employer.
