Senior Technical Lead

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

BE/M degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background.

5+ years of experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields. Recent hands-on experience working on global WD Absence projects highly desirable

Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.

Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.

Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment

Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a self-managed environment.
