Position Overview:

Coordinate Technical Compliance activities and Records Management program at MBRDNA. The Technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) serves to safeguard the legal and regulatory conformity within the product development process. It provides orientation and guidance to RD employees through values, principles, structures and processes. Records Management ensures that organizational records of vital historical, fiscal, and legal value are identified and preserved, and that non-essential records are discarded in a timely manner according to established guidelines and identified regulations.


  • Support the implementation of Technical Compliance Management System

  • Collaborate with engineering to develop risk reducing measures in regards to Technical Compliance Management System

  • Manage and update, as necessary, the Records Management Policy, Retention Schedule and any other applicable policies and guidelines

  • Work with IT to make sure technical solutions in place for Records Management

  • Support annual audit and identify solutions to address shortcomings

  • Work with affected activities to mitigate shortcomings

  • Lead and coordinate annual "Record Clean-Up Week"

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Information or Business Administration

  • 5 years of relevant experience

  • Firm knowledge of records retention requirements, privacy and data protection and information security protocols

  • Demonstrated track record of good information management knowledge and technical skills, including knowledge of records management systems and electronic records handling

  • Ability to work across multiple business units and offices

  • Excellent communication skills and possesses a strong attention to detail

  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Requirements:

  • Records Management Certificate highly desirable, but not required

  • Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required

  • German language preferred, but not required

Job Summary Michigan Medicine Ambulatory Care Services is seeking a talented Project Manager who wants to join our growing organization and team. Under general direction from Department Leadership, the Project Manager will provide project management and leadership to support strategic initiatives across Michigan Medicine's Ambulatory Care Units. This role requires the individual to lead project management activities and serve as a subject matter resource in areas of ambulatory care, clinical quality, and facility operations. Duties will include managing large, complex project deliverables that require collaboration across internal and external stakeholder groups. The individual will coordinate project analysis, documentation, and logistics using industry standards, policies/procedures, plans/specifications, and quality/safety requirements to help drive decision-making. The ideal candidate would have project management, healthcare operations, and/or similar background.
