Job Description (Posting).

Technology Solution Manager: Ensuring all the artifacts and deliverables for each releasescope of work meet their outcomes Supports the delivery of integrations within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project management.

Inventory of integrations are maintained and documented as per standards. For APIs, the appropriate swaggers exist and have the right amount of details. Functionaltechnical documentation in Confluence is documented as per standards.

Review FDD/TDD as needed. Development and code repository standards are followed. Take part in build review as needed.

Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and significant way. Skills Required Communicates technical and functional solutions optimally and efficiently. Ability to separate what is meaningful from what is urgent and find the best path forward from among multiple scenarios.

Sound problem-solver who can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply to a diverse audience. The preferred locations are Bellevue and Dallas or Atlanta but supporting all US time zones (1.) To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domainortechnology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives. (2.) To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for productorproject and sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. (3.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements (4.) To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance orcompliance measures. (5.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
