Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day oversight of Tax Administrative processes, including the Tax Administrative/Assembly team.

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and integrate new technology.

  • Regular monitoring of deadlines and management of Tax return assembly and e-filing.

  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.

  • Prepare and analyze reports as needed.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails on behalf of the department.

  • Oversight of Tax new hire and intern onboarding schedules and experience.

  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to produce accurate and error-free documents

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert

  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

  • Effective customer service skills

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently

  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $75,000-$95,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
