Job Title: Tax Manager

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Pay: $93-$135k, depending upon experience

This Senior Tax Manager will be tasked with the following:

• Planning, organizing and managing multiple projects, leveraging various resources to achieve client/company goals
• Multi-tasking & managing a large volume client engagements and effectively communicating complex technical info
• Directing & maintaining a motivated and empowered work team
• Managing budget and profitability for assigned projects and client engagements
• Maintaining current knowledge of professional standards and training associates on emerging laws and regulations
• Attend client meetings and communicate effectively to ensure technical tax matters are addressed and potential tax savings opportunities are not overlooked
• Build/maintain a network of referral sources, prospect engagement, and engage with clients on additional firm services

We're looking for Senior Tax Managers with the following background profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree highly coveted
• CPA license required
• 8+ years of prior experience in a similar role
• 3+ years of experience in reviewing and signing returns
• Leadership experience to include sound coaching, mentoring, training, performance management and training strategies
