Senior Tax Accountant

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable accounting firm located in Maryland, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about tax accounting and have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax planning and consulting services, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff members and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax public accounting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Experience in tax planning and consulting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The annual salary target for this job in this market is 80,000 - $97,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
